Washington D.C. native Charlie Brotman has been the official announcer at 14 inaugural parades, going back to President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Brotman is again returning to Pennsylvania Ave. to announce President Barack Obama's inaugural parade. Video shot for The Washington Times.
